Noire7 Concierge is a Swiss luxury concierge for private clients. From a Zürich desk we plan, book and run travel, stays and requests across Switzerland: including Zürich, Geneva, Bern, Basel, Lausanne and Lugano: and internationally.
You deal with one person. That person knows your preferences, moves fast and keeps every detail in order. You ask once and consider it done.

A few common questions.
How quickly do you respond?
Most requests receive a reply within around 30 minutes during working hours. Time-sensitive matters are treated as a priority whenever they come in.
Where in Switzerland do you work?
The desk is based in Zürich and works nationwide across Switzerland, including Zürich, Geneva, Bern, Basel, Lausanne and Lugano, as well as other Swiss destinations when clients travel.
Is there a minimum spend or engagement?
No fixed minimum for a one-off request. Membership is intended for clients who expect to call on us regularly through the year.
How does billing work?
Every arrangement is quoted and agreed before anything is booked. Membership itself is billed separately from the cost of the travel, stays or experiences we arrange.
What happens outside office hours?
Genuine emergencies and time-sensitive changes are covered outside standard hours. What counts as urgent is agreed with you in advance.
How is membership different from a one-off request?
A one-off request is a single arrangement, handled once. Membership means a named contact who already knows your preferences and stays with your file over time.
We don’t discuss clients. Enquiries are never shared, sold or referenced without permission.
